impossible to access the editor of the sends

hi !
i’m using cubase 6.5 artist and i’m trying to pan a track, and send it to a fx bus. when i active the send the pan disappear and i can’t access to the send editor, or i can’t active the “send routing” in the track editor !
why ? :confused:

Is your source Audio track Mono or Stereo? Is the FX Channel Mono or Stereo?
