Impossible to activate Wavelab 12

Hi! I just got wavelab 12 update in order to go leave cubase 6 ‘cos my old pc (32bt) is… dying and I am moving to a new 64 (bt) from. I find it impossible to activate it and though I try to follow all orders and suggestions I just cannot make it work. Anyone had the same problem and solved it? Please help!!!

Can you be more precise about your system and the steps followed to activate WL12?

I got WL 12 update advertised on the official steinberg site.

The advert says WL 12 update from WL 6 for a €100.
I thought it was a good deal, so I bought it, only to find out later that the update was only compatible with WL 6 Pro.
Mine was WL 6 Studio. The advert was not clear about which WL 6, was the update for.

Yesterday I got the money I paid back from Steinberg, so everything is ok except the fact that my WL 6 Studio is not compatible on a 64 bit Windows 11.
My WL 6 Studio, was fine on my old pc 32 bit.

So my question now is if there is an offer for WL 12 for no more than a €200 due to my limited budget, in order to use it with Cubase 11 that I bought a few years back.

Any suggections?

I’m sorry about this, but right now the only purchase option that doesn’t exceed your budget is the full version of Wavelab Elements.

I am not really sure what WL 12 elements offers, so I have to check it out.
