Improve/Simplify MixConsole Channel Visibility Controls

The MixConsole’s does not need 2 Inspector tabs to control visibility. Combine them into a single tab. Use only the GUI for the Zone tab, except change it so if none of the 3 little circles is filled in then the Channel isn’t visible.

Also let us set default Zones for different channel types. For example 99.999992% of the time I want a new Effects Channel in the Right Zone - let that be my default instead of the current middle.

Even though I’m familiar with how it works, I still find myself wanting to click on the little circle to turn off the visibility.
