If anyone has wanted to save a large amount of presets from a synth or plugin into .vstpreset format they could benefit from some simple changes to the save dialog.

the dialog closes whenever you save or click off it. This feature alone makes this kind of job much more click-intensive than it should be.

If you want to save many presets you might want to reuse some of the same information in the filters section or in the name itself. If this dialog didn’t close and reset all the information every time you could set the metadata and breeze through many presets in a matter of minutes instead of hours.
