Improvement Request
Provide the user a way to sort the Ignored Plug-ins list.

Rationale
As plugins are newly ignored, the Ignored Plug-ins list adds those items to the bottom of the list. Therefore over time, the list becomes disordered and it becomes increasingly difficult to find specific listed plugins.

Having this list always sorted is indeed desirable. This is easy and quick to implement; this will be done in the future version.
