In Dorico, how can I make the last page of the score fill the entire page?

Use the magic of note spacing….change your note spacing by a small amount for your score layout and it should magically expand everything until your last page is spread across the whole page. You’ll find it in Layout Options.
If the score is really big you can insert a note spacing change at any particular point and just affect the last few pages to get a similar result.

An alternative without affecting the entire layout is to change the horizontal justification of final systems in Layout-Options > Note Spacing
