In mixer, click and hold 'e' (edit) virtual button no longer opens the VST instrument

Hi all,

In mixer window, for instrument tracks, click and hold ‘e’ (edit) virtual button no longer opens the VST instrument.

Erm? So did I dream it, or did this feature exist before Cubase13 and it’s now vanished?

It has been replaced by the VSTi button on the bottom of the channel.
Backdraw: the icon is invisible when making the channel slim.

Furthermore: There is a key command to open a VSTi GUI. You would select the appropriate channel and then press the assigned key.
