In the Cubase 11, I can't find my samples

In the Cubase 11, I can’t find my bookmarked sample files at the right side bar, media.

Some sample file folder are not coming out… I mean that some things can find, but some things don’t

So, I launch Cubase 10.5. then, I can find my whole bookmarked sample files.

How can I solve this problem… Please help me…

Hi , you may need to rescan you folders and drives in the media bay to see you samples
