When there is multiple marker tracks which cubase 9 boasts about,
markers in an active track are duplicated and markers in an inactive track are included(which shouldn’t be)
in the exported midi file. It makes sense to not have inactive markers in the exported midi file
since only active cycle markers are displayed in ‘Audio mixdown’ window.
