Hi, how can I include “Arranger” in the first page underneath the composer? (I’m still a learner using Dorico Pro 
).

You need to edit the First page template in the page template set you’re using. Go to Engrave mode, and in the right-hand panel, look at the Page Templates section, where you’ll see the page templates in the current set. Double-click the First page to edit it. You should be able to follow your nose from there.
