Inconsistent behaviour between 2 copies of Cubase - help?

A colleague and I both are running Cubase 6.04 - I’m running it on Windows, he’s running it on MacOS.

If I chop up an audio object, select them all, and Audio → Process → Normalise, it normalises each slice individually.

If he does it, it only normalises the first audio slice in the selection - all the other selected slices are ignored.

Why is this, and how can we change this behaviour so his experience matches mine?

Jez, I had “Assume Skip” selected for “On Processing Shared Clips”. Selecting “Assume New Versions” from the pull down now makes it behave as I would expect.
