Inconsistent file menu behavior

The file menu should affect only the selected project/window if I have multiple projects open. This is what I expect:

  1. File → Close: Closes the selected project (OK)
  2. File → Save: Saves the selected project (OK)
  3. File → Import midi: Imports midi file into active project, not into the selected project/window as the previous two actions (WRONG)

When i use the file menu, I expect all items to affect the currently selected project/window only, and not the active project (as in number 3).
