I cannot seem to figure out why these rests are notated this way. I am specifically referring to the 5th and 6th measure after rehearsal mark A that have a “1” in them. Why don’t the other bars have numbers? My goal is to get rid of the number “1”. Is there some property that I can set or Engraving option that might cause this?
Take a look at Engraving Options > Rests > Multi-bar Rests > Bar count for single bar rests.
