Incorrect MIDI from Freeze MIDI Modifiers with Arpache 5 and Arpache SX

Hi Cubase team and all,

I notice this issue which is very disruptive to my workflow - I am using latest Cubase Pro 14.0.20

For me freeze MIDI Modifiers with Arpache 5 and Arpache SX results in MIDI that is sort of “off by one” step size. Sort of. Actually the first note is dropped. And a extra note ends up after the bounds of the event.

For what it’s worth I create the chord with drag and drop chord from chord track (I also wish there is a key shortcut for this because I struggle to drag and drop accurately and I scroll all up and down by accident.)

There may be other weird things with Freeze MIDI Modifiers and the arp inserts but this is the one I can explain right now.
