Increased Latency Issue

I’m not sure how this happened and whats causing this. For the last week or so, i have noticed a rather large increase in latency while recording with my midi controller keyboard and through my external mic preamp. I never had to use “Direct Monitoring” previously while recording. Nothing has changed with my system. My UR28M ASIO driver is set to 96 samples which has always worked me. Any ideas?

ahhh… figured it out. Ozone 5 plugin tacked on to the master bus. It was not activated, but still was causing a delayed signal.
