Indenting un-labeled systems

I’m looking to create a house style that indents systems when there are no labels attached. Is there any way to recreate the horizontal position of the second system, in the attached example, without text labels?

What I’m hoping to make happen is the attached:

You can fake it by setting “Staff labels on subsequent systems” to Abbreviated, and then changing the abbreviated names for your instruments to be a bunch of spaces.
