I work often with the transposition track. Unfortunately new parts that I insert somewhere in my project are set to “Follow” instead to “Independent”. The same is when I render a part or make a new audio part. The new part is set to “Follow”. That’s completely illogical and confuses often. E.g. the new fantastic alignment function (I love it, thank you so much) needs to render a new audio file/part and after that the part is set to follow - damn.
It would be great if new parts are automatically set to “independent” or better: if I had the chance to make my own default in the options or preferences. Thanks.
