Independent Voice playback issue

In the attached project I can’t understand why the RH, measures 7-9 are not switching to Crumhorn. The notes are stems-up voice 2 assigned to midi channel 4. (See image). In the Aria player I have channel 4 assigned to Crumhorn (and for testing purposes also the Clarinet). I’m not hearing any change in the sounds. Please note for copyright reasons I’ve used Shift-I to hide the actual notes, except in the RH ms. 7-9 which is the original. I’m sure it’s something obvious as is always the case it seems but for the life of me I can’t figure it out.

Here’s another one with the same issue. I have Aria player assigned to different instruments on channels 1, 2, 3. I’ve setup independent playback so each staff goes to channels 1, 2 & 3, respectively, All I’m hearing is channel 1.

Is the only option to have separate instances of the Aria player with just one instrument on each instance of Aria?

There are two versions of Aria. I think you need to use the Aria Multi.

I see the Aria multi player, vst, 64-bit in my vst folder, but it’s not showing up in Dorico. But, in my vst3 folder, I only see the Aria Player. I did have an older version that I’ve updated, but no vst3 Aria Multi. Is there such a thing or do I need to whitelist the VST2 one?

First, I’d try whitelisting the VST2.
Failing that download again from MakeMusic.
(I’m on Windows, I’m guessing you are on Mac)

I’m on Windows. I did update the player. After whitelisting the VST2 (and making all the changes it works as expected). So, one needs the VST2 multi-version to do what I’m trying to do. Thank you.
