In an SATB piano score, I want to adjust the sizes of S, A, T, and B individually. However, in the first system only S is visible. Is there a way to resize all four parts at once without having to flatten the score?

You should be able to do that in View→Galley View.

Maybe you have this set to All Systems under Library→Layout Options→Vertical Spacing.
