individuel mixer track settings as well as global ?

hi
want to set my mixer chan to input or post panner or or or
this works but only global .
can i use pre on chan 1 and post on chan 2 ?
if so where can i find this in the pdf i cant find it anywhere ?
vague i know but not certain how to explain what it is i am looking for other than
right click on a fader then select global metering then option 1,2 or three—
is there a way to have a choice on each track ?
