Hi! I (along with most people here, I assume) don’t speak Italian. Please post in English.
I need help. If I want the bar at the beginning of the tail like in the attached photo, how can I do it?
Thank you
You can find the Coda in the Repeat Structures panel on the right. Select something in the bar and click the Coda there. Or press Shift+R and type Coda into the popover.
Sure, but he doesn’t put the bar
Then I don’t understand what you’re looking for. Doing that gets both the coda sign and the separated bar. Could you maybe post a screenshot of what you have so I can see how that differs from what you want?
Do you want the double bar? Just select the barline and add it normally (either using the popover or the right-hand panel.)
If you want to change the style of the barline at the start of the Coda – it has to be the same as the start of a normal system.
If you want a barline at the beginning of the Coda when the system has only one staff, you can go to Library > Notation Options > Barlines > Systemic Barline and set Barline at start of first system and Barline at start of systems following first system to Show for one or more staves:
Hi @frel_s, to have the double barline at the beginning of the coda and no barline at the beginning of the system is not achievable with the current settings FWIK.
Maybe it would be possible to obtain this with some workarounds. (Let’s see if someone has an idea).
Is this what you’re looking for?
I created the double barline at the start of the Coda using a new double line body and a new vertical line as @Derrek suggested. However, this barline is thick enough to overlap the key signature at the start of the Coda, so I edited the tonality system, created a new flat accidental which has extra space before the flat, created a new key signature which uses this accidental for Bb and the normal flat accidental for Eb and Ab, and applied the new key signature at the start of the Coda.
