I am helping a friend he is a bit challenged
it looks like it is setup OK Steinberg UR 242
He uses Audacity the problem is the recording levels and playback with a Mike are very low we can hardly hear anything should we be using Qbase that came with the unit, or are the setting not right on Steinberg UR 242
