I am using noteperformer and the playback engine to create music, but when I input dynamics, they are not reflected in the performance. Is there any special setting I need to make?
Try reapplying the NP playback template to make sure NP is aligned with its expected expression maps.
(You might try this on a copy of the file to be safe.)
Thank you for your quick response. I tried it, and the strings certainly changed, but the tone of the harp I was trying to play didn’t seem to change much, so I looked at the velocity and other values, and the velocity and control number 11 did change. However, at about p, there doesn’t seem to be much of a change in the auditory sensation. I tried lowering the velocity extremely, and it changed noticeably. I guess it depends on the tone.
