INPUT - Missing: Microphone in Device Port

I am using Cubase for the first time and having difficulty connecting my plug and play USB microphone to Cubase 11. The microphone works in all other apps, it is literally only Cubase where it is not being detected.

When open Cubase and click on ‘Create’ the below screenshot appears, stating that the microphone is unmapped.

In the Inputs it also says that the microphone is missing in the device port column.

Please can someone let me know what I need to do to fix this?

does it have an ASIO driver ?

if not try ASIO4ALL (google it :slight_smile: )
