The shortcut in mac: Option+Shift+C
does not work in Dorico 5 in mac, is annoying because is the only note I can’t manipulate with that shortcut

Could you fix it please?

Welcome to the forum, @israelgc. What keyboard language do you have on your Mac?

“Option+Shift+A-G”
to move a note above the previous note but that doesnt work with the note “c”

The problem you are having is clear but Daniel’s question focuses on the keyboard language you are using. For example, is it German? French? something else?

Thanks! Is in Spanish

Several keyboard languages have this issue. Documented so far:

  • C in Spanish (your report)
  • E in Italian (me!)
  • B in Norwegian

Possibly other.

sorry to hear that I hope they fix this cause is really annoying and doesnt help to the workflow

These issues are in the keyboard handling in the underlying Qt framework on which Dorico is built. We are hoping that they will be fixed by the Qt developers, so that we don’t have to spend our limited engineering time on these issues.
