Inputting grace notes after the melody note

I have been trying to complete a 6/4 bar containing a dotted minum (fills the entire bar) with two 16th. grace notes. I want them to be placed just before the next barline but can’t find how this should be done.

Attach the grace notes to the first note of the next measure and then use the Properties panel to tell Dorico to move the grace notes before the bar line.

I don’t have any notes in the next bar (Sibelius Symphony No.2)

You can enter the grace notes at the start of the next bar even if there are no other notes in that bar. Once they have been entered, select them and enable Grace note before barline in Properties > Grace Notes.
