Inputting lyrics in downstem voice

I’ve entered lyrics into upstem voice 1 and moved them above the staff. I want to enter the same lyrics into downstem voice 1, but the rhythm is slightly different. How does one enter lyrics into downstem voice 1? I’ve searched the manual and can’t find a way to do this.

Just click on a down-stem note, and press Shift L.

You might want to flip the upper voice lyrics, using F.
