This weekend I refreshed my knowledge of Dorico by watching one of your excellent video hang-outs with John Barron. I again got quit happy to see, that you had made it possible to input notes in multiple staves at once.
The problem I am having is that when I input notes in for example flute, oboe, trumpet and calrinet, the notes do not transpose, when I input them. And in the example with John, they did.
What am I doring wrong?
Are you viewing your score in concert pitch or transposed pitch?
What is your input pitch setting?
Does changing one or both of these result in the input behaviour you’d like?
I almost always view my scores in transposed pitch and that is how it is now.
Changing the input pitch seems to have done the trick. Your always here to save the day Lillie. Thank You.
