Insert bars in Cubase 10.5

I can’t find the Process Insert Bars dialogue anymore.

The help text says that it is avalable in the tempo track, but I can’t find any menu in the tempo track that has this option, even if I right click in random places.

Can anyone help?

In essence, I suppose, but the dialogue I am after is called Process Insert bars, and I knew where to find it version9, but it has moved on 10.5 and I can’t find it where the online help says it should be!

Exactly that, yes. After going into the tempo editor, I can’t find that option. If someone could send me a screen shot of where the button or menu is in the tempo editor, that would solve my problem!
