Insert FX; how to load a plugin instance to all selected channels

I was watching a Yoad Nevo video…actually a number and noticed he could easily load a plugin on eg insert 1 on all selected channels…does anyone know how to do that in Cubase?

To be clear, load eg channel strip SSL into insert 1 on all selected channels?

You can do that with the Quick Link enabled in the MixConsole.

I think it was pro tools…actually no…I cant tell Logic? Studio One?
