Insert Nimbus by Exponential Audio in the "inspector" Track pane crashes WL 10.0.10

Hi,
Hoping theres a fix for this as it really ruined day.
Insert Nimbus in the inspector track FX - boom, wavelab crash.
I sent an email to Exponential audio as well.

Please let me know if i can provide any crash report file - might have to tell me where to grab that.

If you mean 10.0.1, maybe updating to the current version (10.0.5) gives better results.

On Mac, crash reports are found here:

/Users/username/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

9.7 out of 10 times, a plugin related crash needs to be fixed by the plugin developer. I’d start by asking if they’ve tested their plugin in WaveLab Pro. Too often, the answer is “no but…”.

And yes, updating to 10.0.50 is a good idea.

Thanks both of you. I’ll try 10.0.5 but it doesn’t look like theres anything there that would help.
In my experience its been about 1 in 2 that its the plugins has been to blame since version 1.6.
If I get a break from the work I’m doing Ill see if I can make it crash with other Fx.

I would also contact Izotope who own Exponential Audio. FWIW

FYI I Have successfully used Numbus as a clip FX in the Montage.
Mac High Sierra 10.13.6
WL pro 10.0.5
Check are you using VST3 or standard? I think I have deselected any standard VSTs wherever possible in WL prefs
