in many cubase versions before 10 you could press alt+rightlick to bring up the edit window within the project window where you are working, thsi seems to be gone in cubase 10 so I actually have to go to the edit menu to choose range and “insert silence”. How is this changed ? and what keys to press ?
Many things are now missing from the right-click menu. The idea was to have contextual right-click menus, but so many have complained about how it was implemented (i.e. missing various things that different people want and use on a regular basis).
well I guess i’ll just use the edit menu then. Until I can figure out what context menu and where you have to click to get it 
because I can’t find it anywhere near the ranges or locators.
