Here, my Rhodes already has a MIDI event occupying the space between locators on lane 1. However, when the user presses Retrospective Recording > Insert as Cycle Recording, Cubase will write the recording data starting on lane 1, yielding two MIDI events in lane 1. Cubase should insert the MIDI events starting on lane 2.
