I have a song completed but I want to add an intro section. Is there a way to insert like 20 blanks measures at the beginning of the song. I am afraid of messing up the rest of the song if I were to just copy paste it further down the timeline. Will everything stay in sync if I do this?
If you don’t care about having negative bar numbers, you could change the bar offset in Project Setup. Change the value to 20 (or whatever) and it should give you that many negative bars at the beginning of your project.
I suggest simply using the Insert Silence command.
