Hi,
Whenever I insert a plugin in a channel strip, it closes the mixer and I need to reopen it again. Is it the same for everyone?

The Mixer doesn’t get closed, but it gets hidden because the Mixer is running in Dorico’s process, while the plug-in is running in the audio engine’s process. Dorico’s Mixer is a tool window, and tool windows are not shown when the application to which they belong is not active.
Is it possible to have it remain unhidden when we open a plugin?
No, for the reasons outlined in my previous reply. To reiterate: the Mixer belongs to Dorico, and the plug-in belongs to the audio engine. The audio engine and Dorico are separate applications. The Mixer is a tool window, and tool windows disappear when the appear to which they belong loses focus.
