Install Dorico Playback 2 - Orchestra Library or HSO VST Instrument Set?

After a C- hard drive failure I have to reinstall everything.
Before Dorico I already owned the “16-bit Edition of HALion Symphonic Orchestra” as well as the "HSO VST Sound Instrument Set"that I used with Cubase.
It was then not necessary for me to install the Dorico Playback Orchestra Library.

I have installed Cubase which also comes with “HALion Sonic SE 3”.
I assume that I do not need to install “Dorico 2.2 Playback 1 - Halion Sonic SE 3”.

After installing Dorico 2.2 I am not sure what is better:
Install “Dorico Playback 2 - Orchestra Library” or install my older “HSO VST Sound Instrument Set”?
AFAIK they are the same?

I would recommend that you do indeed run at least the Dorico Playback 1 installer and let it do its thing. You won’t end up with any duplicate copies of files, but it will ensure that everything is in its right place. In theory there’s no need to run Dorico Playback 2 since that is just the regular HALion Symphonic Orchestra installer.
