I’m trying to get V14 Cubase installed and the Install Cubase 14 Dialog Box is stuck with gas gauge just going back and forth and never doing anything. I’ve attached a screenshot. Anyone know how to remedy this situation? Marc

What macOS version do you use, please?
14.6.1 Sonoma. I’m on a Studio with M2 Max Chip. Anyway, you can log on and help me. It isn’t obvious for a novice. It keeps telling me to shut down Groove Agent, and I can’t figure out where it’s open. Or could you explain what I need to do? I’m making no headway at all.

I see, it seems Groove Agent is still running. You can start Activity Monitor and End the process there.
Or you can restart your computer (to make sure, all processes are ended) and start the installer immediately after the restart.
