I have just purchased Elements 9 full version, I run Windows 7 64bit. At the end of the installation process an error message appears: “The procedure entry point_CppXcptFilter could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR71.dll” After this point I can go no further, the software obviously does not launch and I am left at a loss as to how to progress from here. If anyone can provide assistance I will be most grateful. Thank you.
I have found an updated MSVCR71.dll file online and this has resolved my issue
WaveLab does not use this file. I guess a plug-in was the cause.
