is there a webpage with info on how to install Dorico in situations when you cannot use the SDA, like within corporate networks and similar?

Thanks, I referred them to it.
However, they say that they have tried everything and I do not know how to help them. The problems are probably coming from their computers being inside a corporate network. What shall I recommend them to do?
They should contact our support team if they require additional support.
