ive bought c14 and installed it and now im getting error pop ups about my elc.
non of my products which are still on my dongle are working…if i click on my elc its just blank.
samething happened when i installed c13.0.50 that killed my elc so i had to install c13.0.41 and everything popped back up and was working again.
theres definatly something in the new versions of cubase with is killing the dongle i know they said they were stopping support for dongles but they said theyd still work but looks like someones not got the message.

yes ive updated but its blank…ive tried uninstalling ,reinstalling and tried older versions but still same issue its as if the dongle cant make a connection too check liscences.
it should show alot of products but its not.
i had the same problem with c13.0.50 that made everything not work on the dongle once i downgraded to c13.0.41 the products came back.
but now i bought c14 the only way to get them back is too uninstall c14 and reinstall c13.0.41 …but i want to use c14.
Cubase 12 and up are on the new licensing scheme. Upgrading to them should not remove any licenses from your dongle. Do you have access to another computer you can install the eLicenser software on and see what it shows on the dongle?
yep c12 +all use the new scheme and so does my halion 7,groove agent…etc but i have some old programs (halion player,hypersonic 2,groove agent 3,many expansion packs,some korg products,waldorf products and they all need my dongle .
i dont have acess too another pc .
