Installed Grove Agent4 but no sounds/presets

Hey,

So I purchased a USB licenser to run my Grove Agent4 trial but there are no sounds or presets when opening the plugin.
I work with FL Studios. Can anyone help?

Uninstalling then reinstalling the plugin seems to do the job for most people.
