Can anyone tell me the differences with the Cubase 6 and Cubase 6.5 install DVDs?
If I may counter your question … what are your concerns?
The download contains only the update file, in addition to the files on the 6.0 disc. The 6.5 disc has the update implemented already with the same additional files on disc.
With all respect, it goes without saying does it not?
I want to know if there are any differences with the additional content, like demo sessions, VST sound presets and content for HalionOne, Groove Agent One, Loopmash etc.
I have downloaded the Cubase 6.5 demo from the Steinberg site and since then I have upgraded and continued to use that demo installation which is functioning as a full version of Cubase 6.5.
I have noticed that the content provided with Cubase 6 for HalionOne and HalionSymphonicOrchestra are significantly less than what came with cubase 5.
HSO with Cubase 5 ~ 13gb - 2 dvds
HSO with Cubase 6 ~ 6.5gb - 1 dvd
So to clarify, I’m interested in knowing if there is any new content that is not included with the downloadable demo or the Cubase 6 install dvds on the Cubase 6.5 install dvds.
All C6 demo has is Groove Agent 3, a couple of synths and HSE.
As for HSO, the content is 16 bit.
