How can I install Dorico 5 on my new laptop a second device - I have read that one user can install it on up to 3 devices simultaneously but each time I try with the activation manager it says this code is being used by another user
Just install the software and activate Dorico in the Activation Manager. You don’t need to enter the Download Access Code in the Download Assistant again. That’s only necessary once to link the license to your user account.

Thanks Martin90 for coming back to me. When I attempt to do this via the Activation Manager I get the following message - see image.
Steve, did you log in to the Activation Manager with the same email address on both your computers? Maybe it helps to log out in the Download Assistant and the Activation Manager and then login again.

hello Martin I solved it thank you. I was signed in as wrong person - I’ve bought Dorico through two different Steinberg accounts duh!!
