Installing Groove Agent

Hi all, bought groove Agent 5 - has been impossible to install, it doesn’t appear on steinberg download assistant. I found the content and install files in a Steinberg page (no link provided on the purchase email), tried to install it that way and there seems to be a conflict with ‘The Kit’ samples, as I get an error (see screenshot)

I have tried re-downloading re-installing multiple times, sent an email to steinberg, and nothing …
any ideas?

Hm. Are you certain it’s not available in the Download Ass’t? I don’t see any other posts saying that it’s not, and it’s showing on my system:

Thanks, found it there - I was looking for it under Cubase

Ill to do a fresh install of SE and 5 tomorrow , I managed to update the ‘Kit’ but im still missing samples
