Hi! I’d like to select to rests and get displayed the time between them (start-end) -for checking instrumentchanges.
(Is there such a thing?)
Great idea, but not one that’s been implemented so far as I know.
The quickest way for now is probably to set a key command for Move Playhead to Selection (search for it in the key commands). If you then have your transport set to show duration rather than bars and beats (just click on it, to the right of the Activate Project button), you can use your key command to show you the running duration of any selected note or rest, like so:
You’ll have to do the maths yourself, though.

Fl2 bar 432 is grayed at for a reason 
I set it up as a key command from Dorico > Preferences > Key Commands (it’s the Edit menu on Windows). Key commands aren’t quite the same thing as Jump Bar commands.
Ah. Ok. I thought every action showed up in the jumpbar.
Now I just need to figure out what app is stealing my shortcuts.
