how can i built a part with 4 players, only with the right hand from this instrument.

Insert Instrument “Akkordeon” 4 times and
go to “Layout-Options”: select “Vertikale Abstände” and all layouts on the left.
Scroll down to “Leere Notenzeilen ausblenden” and select “Alle Systeme” and "check the box “Allow individual staves …”
