Could you please make the layout option Show only the change of transposition when instruments match consider also the label at the beginning of the flow.
If you have one physical instrument (e.g. horn) but multiple transpositions the instrument name is pointless (and not a common notation convention)
At the moment you have to enable Custom Text in the properties to get rid of the instrument name
which can be pretty tedious if the piece contains 2 clarinets and 4 horns and 10 flows.
