Instrument change warning at end of flow

I would love the possibility to have instrument change warnings at the end of a flow, when the next flow has another instrument. I make a lot of scores for musical-theatre, and it is often so that there is a quick instrument change between flows.

Would SHIFT+X text, right aligned, suffice?

Thats how I do it right now. But often the order of flows changes and then I have to check the whole score again for instrument changes between flows.
