I have Layout Options set to show “To” as a prefix for Instrument Changes, but it’s not showing up:
Is there some other preference somewhere?
That gets shown at the end of the previous entry, provided there’s a sufficiently large gap between the player putting down instrument A and picking up instrument B. The instrument change label shown at the new entry is just the short instrument name.
Otherwise, if you’re not seeing “to” at the warning label at the end of the previous entry and its text isn’t overridden manually in the Properties panel in Engrave mode, please share the project.
Ah: I have to give them a whole bar’s rest for it to show up.
