Instrument names displays b flat symbol instead actual "Be"

I have an instrument called “Desk Bells” and in my part the name is always displayed “Desk{@flat@}ells”. Dorico seems to read the “Be” as b flat, but I don’t want that.

I can’t find an option to deactivate this…

The strange thing is, in the score the instrument is displayed correctly.

This issue has been reported several times, I think.
I remember this solution (there could be a better one): Try to change the order of the instruments, back and forth, in Setup Mode. Then display another layout, and come back to this one.
